New Zealand is fast becoming a destination of interest for globally connected high-net-worth individuals. This observation led to the creation of a new kind of property and lifestyle advisory, with 4AM engaged to define a distinctive brand to support its launch.
Our work began with the development of a clear brand strategy, defining UNIQ’s role as a trusted representative for high-net-worth individuals navigating acquisition, ownership, and life in New Zealand. The strategy centred on UNIQ’s uncommon combination of services, spanning buyer agency, high-end short-term stays, property sales, and lifestyle connections. All delivered with discretion, strong client advocacy, and a focus on long-term alignment over transactional outcomes.
This thinking informed the creation of the name UNIQ, a concise, confident expression of individuality, reflecting the bespoke nature of each client’s needs, the sense of exclusivity, and a carefully curated experience. From there, we developed a complete visual identity and messaging system, designed to reflect the brand’s premium positioning. The identity balances restraint with refinement, delivering a quiet confidence that aligns with UNIQ’s role as a single point of connection across property and lifestyle. This strategic foundation was brought to life across a suite of key brand touch points. A premium marketing brochure established the tone and narrative of the brand, while a flexible set of digital marketing templates ensured consistency across ongoing communications. We also led the design of the UNIQ website, translating the brand into a seamless digital experience. The art direction and delivery of personnel photography reinforced the high-quality human, relationship-led nature of the business.
