Here enters The Pacifica.
4AM took on the challenge of developing and executing all branding, positioning, and marketing communications for The Pacifica, a development in Auckland's city centre. Recognising the need to sell the lifestyle benefits effectively and distinguish The Pacifica in a saturated market, our strategy was to position it as a fashion and lifestyle brand first, with the building itself becoming a prominent feature.
The outcome surpassed expectations, setting a new benchmark for the New Zealand property industry. Our comprehensive approach covered every aspect of branding and marketing, ensuring that The Pacifica emerged as the epitome of luxury living.
From the sleek design of the website to the captivating brand film, every element reflected the quality and grandeur of the development. A meticulously crafted 72-page property brochure featuring custom mixed Pantone spot colours and collaborations with esteemed local businesses showcased The Pacifica's unique offerings in exquisite detail. High-level brand imagery took centre stage in advertising and brand materials, capturing attention with eye-catching site hoardings adorned with rose gold metallic frame extrusions on Commerce Street. These visual elements not only drew interest but also conveyed the exclusive and sophisticated nature of The Pacifica.
