Account Executive

We’re on the hunt for a superstar Account Executive or potentially ‘cream of the crop’ marketing graduate to make the most of this super exciting opportunity.

You’ll impress us with your attention to detail, initiative, work ethic and ability to make stuff happen. Experience in creating social content and a solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and web analytics would be ideal but not mandatory.

If you’re out to make a real difference in our small, dynamic team, there’s real potential to have an impact. The Account Executive, with the support of the Client Services Director, will be responsible for ensuring 4AM delivers to our clients' strategic business objectives by providing exceptional project management, client service and end-to-end communication strategies across all channels. 

You’ll be hard working, great at multi-tasking, a lover of great creative, great with people, smart, and keen to learn.

You’ll be required to work across multiple clients and disciplines, ensuring work is delivered profitably, on brief, on time, on budget and to the highest standard. You’ll be good at briefing and managing jobs through designers and writers both in and out of house.

Your marketing brain will be put to use not only on client work – but also taking a key role in the marketing and execution of the agency itself through managing our social and owned channels. The successful candidate will take initiative, display a can-do attitude and will not be afraid to own the job from start to finish. They will also need a good eye for detail, and an understanding of what makes great work.

Junior Designer

Are you a creative dynamo with a passion for design? We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our dynamic team in Auckland. At 4AM, we believe in the power of bold ideas and seamless collaboration to drive brands forward—and we need someone ready to dive in and make an impact.

As a Junior Designer, you’ll work closely with our talented team on a variety of projects, from crafting eye-catching visuals to developing innovative concepts. Whether it’s digital design, branding, or layout creation, your work will shape the future of the brands we partner with. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other digital tools is a plus.
