The Dairy is a gelateria and creamery, one of eight F&B venues which sit within the Ayrburn precinct located on the outskirts of Arrowtown in Central Otago. It is a place steeped in rich history with generations of colourful characters, interesting families, and remarkable endeavours. The story of the 'Spinster and the Goat' forms the inspiration for the The Dairy's interior styling with hand painted Delft tiles. The classic blue and white illustrations create a fresh interior look & feel, combined with the whimsy and heritage of the Ayrburn stories.
