The Manure Room is a wine bar and tasting room that has been meticulously restored from its previous use, quite literally as Ayrburn farm's manure room. Ayrburn embraces its history, rich with colourful characters, interesting families, and remarkable endeavours. Inspired by a legend of this old fertiliser shed once being used as an unlicensed watering hole, The Manure Room set up to continue that tradition as a free-spirited meeting spot to ‘Drink some wine, talk some sh*t’. This ethos is complemented perfectly with a series of whimsical illustrations that visually celebrate the tongue-in-cheek nature of the venue, a place where all the world's problems can be sorted over a bottle of wine.
