Dilworth has undergone a major transformation over the past six years, resulting in a complete culture reset with a student-centric focus at its heart. The school became Child Wise accredited in 2022 and now has one of the best child-safeguarding systems in the country. After confronting its issues head-on, Dilworth is now positioned to truly fulfil its founders’ vision—to provide fully funded scholarships to students from families with aspirations for their son to excel but whose circumstances (for a variety of different reasons) may be a barrier to his fulfilling his potential. 4AM is proud to have worked closely with Dilworth on what is a complex brand and marketing challenge, delivering a messaging system and enrolment campaign across digital, OOH, and print to attract quality candidates and help rebuild trust.
